PlasSol

: A view into the microwave resonator with silicon particles

One of the first publicly funded projects of ISC Konstanz, PlasSol has been finished in the end of December 2010 with excellent results. The joint project PlasSol (running time 2007 - 2010) was funded to investigate high performance hybrid plasma technologies to process silicon based solar active layers and layer systems.
