Tobias Klaus studied political sciences in Bonn, Frankfurt and Dublin. Since July 2011, he is coordinating the development cooperation at ISC Konstanz. Furthermore, he is conducting research about the interaction between technology and society in photovoltaic-related development cooperation projects.
