Sara Olibet PhD Dr. Sara Olibet obtained her Master of Science in Micro and Nanotechnology at the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, in 2005. She then worked on her PhD thesis entitled Properties of Interfaces in Amorphous/Crystalline Silicon Heterojunctions at the University of Neuchâtel´s photovoltaic research laboratory until 2008. Afterwards, she joined the MIT start-up 1366 Technologies in Boston, USA, as Senior Photovoltaics Engineer, working on advanced texture and metallisation for multicrystalline silicon solar cells. Since September 2010, she is working at ISC Konstanz, where she manages European and industrial projects in the department Advanced Cell Concepts I. Here, she is heading the group Surface Effects.
