Engelbert Lemp studied Physical Technics at the University of Applied Sciences of Ravensburg-Weingarten.
Then he was employed as assistant at the same university in the project "lightweight-construction manipulator".
After obtaining his degree, Engelbert Lemp used to work as technical employee at the University of Regensburg, where he set up a clean room for structuring the III-V-semiconductors.
He developed process-accompanying measurement technique at the Institute for Micro- and Information Technology in Villingen-Schwennigen. His main tasks at the ISC Konstanz are construction, infrastructure, and processing.
